The raw seafood offers beloved flavors from the Lebanese and Mediterranean coasts along southern Turkey, and features the exquisite Saint Vaast Oyster, an epithet alluding to the French village of Saint Vast from where these oysters are brought to Asil ; and the divine Tuna Tartare, a yellow fin tuna served with avocado, orange vinaigrette and mint green apple sorbet, among others.
Hot mezes the selection includes the delicious duck pastilla, a high quality refined duck meat, wrapped in filo
puff pastry and topped with almond tuille and orange purée; the delicious Kebbeh Mishwiye, a popular classic kibbeh from the Zgharta region of Lebanon, served with Turkish yogurt and cucumber; and the succulent Grilled Octopus, octopus leg served with mashed cauliflower and green harissa; among others.
